Makefile and SPEC file to create RPMs for the Nagios-provided NRDP server and a separate package for the PHP client.

I've put together some RPM build scripts to create packages (separate client and server) for NRDP. This should aid installation of NRDP on RHEL and RHEL-like systems. The configuration is adjusted slightly to match the default install paths of Nagios on RHEL/CentOS, so a minimum of configuration should be required.

Update: I added support for building RPMS via 'mock' which should ensure even greater consistency in the built product.
