nagios plugin to check if openstack nova services (i.e nova scheduler, nova compute) are up and responding fine through nova api

for usage, hard code the below openstack variables directly in the plugin using vim
export OS_TENANT_NAME=$1
export OS_AUTH_URL=$2
export OS_USERNAME=$3
export OS_PASSWORD=$4
