Nagios Plugin to check for Ambari alerts via Ambari REST API

Checks whether there are CRITICAL / WARNING / UNKNOWN alerts in Ambari and returns the corresponding status output and exit code.

MAINTENANCE and OK counts are also output along with perfdata for tracking how this changes over time.

Tested on Ambari 2.1.0 on Hortonworks HDP 2.2, 2.3

usage: check_ambari_cluster_alerts_summary.pl [ options ]

-H --host Ambari host ($AMBARI_HOST, $HOST)
-P --port Ambari port ($AMBARI_PORT, $PORT, default: 8080)
-u --user Ambari user ($AMBARI_USERNAME, $AMBARI_USER, $USERNAME, $USER)
-p --password Ambari password ($AMBARI_PASSWORD, $PASSWORD)
-C --cluster Cluster Name as shown in Ambari or --list-clusters ($AMBARI_CLUSTER)
--list-clusters Lists all the clusters managed by the Ambari server
--list-users List Ambari users
-T --tls Use TLS connection
--ssl-CA-path Path to CA certificate directory for validating SSL certificate (automatically enables --tls)
--tls-noverify Do not verify SSL certificate (automatically enables --tls)
-t --timeout Timeout in secs (default: 10)
-v --verbose Verbose mode (-v, -vv, -vvv ...)
-h --help Print description and usage options
-V --version Print version and exit
