Nagios Plugin to check Ranger stats for number of policies and repositories via the Rest API
If isolating to one type then optional thresholds may be applied.
Tested on Ranger 0.5
usage: check_ranger_stats.pl [ options ]
-H --host Ranger host ($RANGER_HOST, $HOST)
-P --port Ranger port ($RANGER_PORT, $PORT, default: 6080)
-u --user Ranger user ($RANGER_USERNAME, $RANGER_USER, $USERNAME, $USER)
-p --password Ranger password ($RANGER_PASSWORD, $PASSWORD)
-T --type Stat to query, Optional, can be one of (otherwise queries all of): policy, repository
-w --warning Warning threshold or ran:ge (inclusive)
-c --critical Critical threshold or ran:ge (inclusive)
-t --timeout Timeout in secs (default: 10)
-v --verbose Verbose mode (-v, -vv, -vvv ...)
-h --help Print description and usage options
-V --version Print version and exit
