queries rpcinfo to get status of rpc services.
Added to standard distribution check_rpc "-r" flag that reads
the /etc/rpc file for service names and ports (without -r, you
get the standard build-in set; with -r the values from /etc/rpc
get loaded after the built-ins)
Fixed "alarm" timeout, so that it actually times out.
produces "perfdata" on response, with "up=(0|1)" and "time=..." (response time)
