As the many TODO's tell, there's many, but small things to do to get import pieces of information about the state of a Xen Server.
Currently, it just checks for the cpu usage and returns an error when it's 100%.
Call and use it as any other Nagios plugin. Still, the user calling the script must be in the sudoers file.
