Scan for intrusions and rootkits with chkrootkit.
Summary: This plugin uses chkrootkit, available from http://www.chkrootkit.org, to scan for potential intrusions. If an infection is found, it raises a critical alert.

Response: If an infection is found, the server should be disconnected from the network until the rootkit is removed. This should minimize further damage, including the exposure of any confidential data that might be on the server. This plugin is a good companion to check_bastille, but can be run by itself.

Coming Soon: Working on an rpm release.
