Run configuration test and restart Nagios automatically!

Checks the output of /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg to get the total number of warnings and errors. If either is greater than 0, the script stops and displays the errors. If not, it automatically performs a service nagios reload command.
